Taking inspiration from watching animated films, I decided to take a plunge into the genre of visual arts. However, it was the world of VFX that turned out to be my true calling.
After completing my formal training, I took several freelance projects and got to work on some esteemed Hollywood projects. I also worked in leadership roles as a Mid-level Compositor, Compositing Team, VFX Associate, and Lead VFX Artist on high-profile projects.
At the moment, I have set up my own studio in the form of Splinter Cell Studios.
Having a strong arts and design background, Vinit started his journey as a freelance production manager, where he would manage everything from pitching, budgeting, planning, cost-balancing, to even taking care of legal work.
He later worked as a graphic designer and project coordinator where he handled projects from all over the world. He even converted his hobby of photography into a profession and while he was shooting commercials and grand wedding projects, worked as a senior photographer and business coordinator, further sharpening his management skills.
Vinit’s unique career path has endowed him with ample experience and skills and that makes him perfect for the role of Production and Business Head here at Splinter Cell.
